The YOUPLAN Acronym is of my own invention, as far as I am aware. It is a tool for approaching the Brainstorming/Planning process in a two-step manner. First is “YOU” featuring Your ideas; Others’ ideas; and Understanding direction. Second is “PLAN” with Prototyping; Learning from the prototypes; Adjusting where improvements are needed; and (determining) the Next steps. Attendees will put this acronym into practice, brainstorming for and planning a variety of projects, events, and collaborations.
